Arts and Crafts style property built 1927, surrounded by established gardens, set in a tranquil area, with the beautiful sandy beach, four minutes walk away.

The established, private gardens can be enjoyed with available seating areas, including a Summer House and two Arbours, one of which overlooks the fish pond and rill.

Sutton on Sea

In Sutton on Sea near to Sandilands enjoy the –

Beach and Promenade only a short walk away. On the Promenade, you can stroll, run or cycle all the way to Sutton on Sea and Mablethorpe or going south the Huttoft Terrace; you can take your car there if you wish have your picnic and view the sea from the comfort of your own vehicle!
Bacchus Hotel in Sutton on Sea serves excellent food all week and a carvery on a Sunday.
Sutton on Sea Carnival Parade is in July.

Mablethorpe

Beach and Promenade – great for walking, cycling or just lazing on the sea shore.
Loewen Cinema –Two Screen, Dolby Digital, 3 D, Air-Conditioned Cinema.
Seal Sanctuary and Wildlife Centre at North End

Sandracing on the beach in the Winter. Watch from the promenade.
